A management system that runs the full life cycle of a work order — quote, approval, execution and billing — automating the capture of bank slips (boletos) through manual upload or email scanning, using AI to extract the financial data from the PDFs.

What it does
Built in two parts: a NestJS REST API and a Next.js/React frontend that consumes it.
Quotes and estimates
Generate quotes, price service items and run an approval flow, with a "Management" area where managers approve pending items.
Customers and suppliers
Register and look up the shop's stakeholders.
Finance / Bank slips
Upload bank slips as PDFs with AI-powered data extraction, follow processing in real time over WebSocket, track paid/unpaid and view by due date.
Gmail integration
Connects the company's Gmail account via OAuth and scans emails for attached bank slips, automatically extracting and recording each recognized attachment — manually or automatically every 15 minutes.
Administration
User management (assignment to companies/departments), employee promotion, auditing and configuration of the workflow state hierarchy.
Authentication and authorization
Login with role- and department-based access control.

The shop in your pocket
Lanterneiro is also a native iOS app, written in SwiftUI, that talks to the same API as the web platform and takes the shop's day-to-day on the go.

Finances
An income and expense summary and a transaction list filtered on the backend by current month, a specific month or overdue bills, with pull-to-refresh.
Marking payments
Details for each transaction, with installments and payments, and the option to mark it as paid right from the phone.
Contacts
Create, edit and look up customers and suppliers, with address and vehicle. While typing a CPF/CNPJ, the app warns if the contact already exists.
Receipts via Share
A Share Extension sends PDF or image receipts from any app (Photos, Files, your bank) straight to Lanterneiro, using the app's session.
Address from location
City and state for a new address are filled in from the device's location, already in the state-code format the backend expects.
Work order by plate
Looks up the vehicle by license plate to find the customer and start the job.
Secure session
Login with automatic token refresh, shared with the extension so receipt uploads work outside the app.
